Guava Yogurt Dip/ Guava Raita
Ingredients-
- One Guava (medium size)
- Yoghurt (Plain)
- For the tempering :Cumin seeds, green chilies and curry leaves
Instructions-
- Remove skin from Guava . Slice in half and remove the seeds.
- Chop the guava into fine pieces.
- In a bowl whisk 2 cups of plain yogurt with salt to taste.
- Add the finely chopped guava.
- In a pan add a tablespoon of olive oil and when hot, add the cumin seeds, finely chopped green chilies, and a sprig of curry leaves (optional).
- Pour this tempering over the yogurt mix.
- Sprinkle a pinch of paprika.
