Guava Yogurt Dip/ Guava Raita

Ingredients-


  • One Guava (medium size)
  • Yoghurt (Plain)
  • For the tempering :Cumin seeds, green chilies and curry leaves

Instructions-


  1. Remove skin from Guava . Slice in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Chop the guava into fine pieces.
  3. In a bowl whisk 2 cups of plain yogurt with salt to taste.
  4. Add the finely chopped guava.
  5. In a pan add a tablespoon of olive oil and when hot, add the cumin seeds, finely chopped green chilies, and a sprig of curry leaves (optional).
  6. Pour this tempering over the yogurt mix.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika.
