At Freshpicked California, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your fresh produce purchases. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return items or seek a refund. Returns:

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of perishable items such as fresh fruits and vegetables unless they are damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery.
  • Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items such as packaged goods or merchandise, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided that they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds:
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or spoiled item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
  • Non-Perishable Returns: Upon receipt and inspection of returned non-perishable items, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds For Pre-order: For pre-orders of our fruits and vegetables, we offer a refund of 75% of the pre-ordered amount, as a 25% deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway fees and handling costs. Please contact our customer service team for any refund requests or inquiries.
